Peter Busby
INTERNATIONAL ASSOC. AIA, FRAIC, ARCHITECT AIBC, ARCHITECT AAA, MOAA, BCID,LEEDFELLOW, DSC (HON.)
We’re still not sure what all those letters mean behind his name, but they show he means business. Peter’s won bushels of awards for architecture and sustainability. He is a founder of the Canada Green Building Council, a winner of the Order of Canada, and a LEED Fellow of the US Green Building Council. He has designed some of the most innovative and sustainable projects in the world, including Dockside Green (Victoria), Almono (Pittsburgh), and the Centre for Interactive Sustainability (Vancouver). When not setting the bar higher for sustainable design projects, Peter can be found soaking in his wood fired hot tub on the deck of his off-grid cabin, and daydreaming about the monster salmon that he caught and released.
